About the Event
So much goes into running a café, from menu planning to making coffee... to making customers feel at home.
This is your chance to learn it all in a team setting with expert guidance!
Every intern gets $500 to cover their costs plus a team budget to create a Pop Up Café.
Sessions will run every Thursday 9:30am-2:30pm at The Good Food Hub in Kyneton.
Plus, additional hours of hands-on experience building up to the day when you and your team run a Pop Up Café.
Interns will need to be able to commit to a Wednesday Lunchtime session which will help build confidence when serving customers in a real-life cafe setting.
This program counts as Structured Workplace Learning.
This program is sponsored by the Agnico Eagle Community Partnership Program and partnered by Kyneton Community House, The Social Foundary, Daylesford Macedon Tourism and Central Ranges LLEN.
