Bendigo Bank x Youth Take Over Design Workshop

You could help a group of young people navigate their career adventure.

 

Bendigo Bank & Goldfields LLEN are partnering to create a Take Over at Bendigo Bank head office. Take Overs are short, facilitated internships that help young people get the job they want.

 

We're looking for emerging leaders to be part of the design and planning – is that you?

 

If selected for this opportunity you will:

 

• Participate in two workshop sessions at Bendigo Bank HQ, on Monday 5 December and Monday 12 December from 3pm – 5pm.

• Co-design a creative, unusual and engaging opportunity for young people who are currently feeling disengaged and lost.

• Work with a group that can give Bendigo Bank a youth perspective on a particular problem, solution or project.

• Support young people to develop teamwork, organisation and project management skills.

• Build confidence and capacity in the cohort – leading to employment outcomes for the group.

• Have an excellent professional development experience for your own CV.
